Real Estate Investment

Real estate investment is one of the popular options to get a Grenada passport. The projects should be government-approved, and nowadays, they include hotels, villas, and resorts. Due to sustainable tourism development in this area, real estate developments are just fantastic opportunities for investors looking for high returns.

The minimum investment is $350,000. And if you want to add your spouse, you should pay the same amount.
