“In the summer of 2017, the Dominica program was ranked first in the rating of the Financial Times’ Professional Wealth Management (PWM) magazine. Dominica is ahead of 11 EU and Caribbean countries providing citizenship by investment. The experts highly appreciated the accessibility of the program, the simplicity and speed of obtaining citizenship, the quality of a due diligence check. Launched in 1993, the program is the most accessible for the 1st applicant. Passport holders receive visa-free access to 136 countries of the world, and can enjoy social and political security, tax preferences and complete confidentiality. Any person eligible for the program can obtain citizenship of Dominica. At the same time, it is important to understand that the final result and the speed of consideration of the case depend on the accuracy and completeness of the submitted documents.”

In terms of a visa-free travel, it is comparable to other Caribbean passports and citizenships of Vanuatu.
In terms of costs for the 1st applicant, Dominica’s passport shows good advantage compared to other Caribbean programs, but for a family of 4 people it is more cost-efficient to obtain the citizenship of Antigua and Barbuda.
