We, Migronis LDA and Migronis KFT, operating under the brand name Migronis, provide services to the clients internationally. Migronis LDA is solely engaged in all activity related to our business in the territory of Portugal and Migronis KFT is engaged in business internationally. This document includes both terms and conditions for the both entities below. Accepting these terms and conditions a person also accepts that to all relations arising of or in connection with Portuguese matters and Migronis LDA TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MIGRONIS LDA shall apply as well as that to all relations arising of or in connection with matters related to any other jurisdiction and Migronis KFT TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MIGRONIS KFT shall apply respectively.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MIGRONIS LDA
- INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions govern the preliminary interactions between prospective clients and Migronis LDA, a company specializing in migration services including golden visas and citizenship by investment in Portugal. These terms set the stage before entering into a main contractual agreement for services.
- SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FINANCIAL TERMS
Before signing the main service contract, Migronis LDA may provide limited preliminary assessments or consultations as part of its marketing strategy. These services are designed to facilitate a full-service agreement. Migronis LDA may charge a fee for these preliminary services, subject to prior notification and agreement. Details of the fee and other conditions related to the provision of these services will be agreed upon in correspondence between the client and Migronis LDA. All payments for preliminary services are non-refundable.
- JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All interactions under these Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes related to these terms or services provided will be resolved exclusively in Arbitration Center of the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
- Disclaimer of Warranties: Migronis LDA makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the preliminary services provided.
- Limitation of Liability: To the extent permissible by law, Migronis LDA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Liability is strictly limited to the fees paid by the client for preliminary services.
- NO ENFORCEABLE OBLIGATIONS
Prior to entering into the main contract, Migronis LDA incurs no obligations. The provision of any consultations is strictly part of the Migronis LDA marketing strategy and does not create any binding promise on the side of Migronis LDA.
- CESSATION OF TERMS
Upon signing the main agreement for services, these Terms and Conditions will cease to apply, and the terms specified in the main agreement will govern the relationship between Migronis LDA and the client in its entirety.
